Founder - R&B Salsa Instructor
I first got into salsa in 2001 in Southampton — just watching at first, then dancing (badly!) before falling in love with it. By May, I launched Just Dance Salsa, running successful classes for over a decade. Though my background is in IT and business, I’ve since taught in Bournemouth, started BH Salsa, and still love helping others catch the salsa bug.

I’ve danced since I was four — from ballet to ballroom, and eventually to my true love: salsa and bachata. With 20+ years of dance, international experience, and a joy-filled approach, I’m here to help you learn, grow, and have a blast on the dance floor.

I’ve danced everything from Rock & Roll to Ballroom, but salsa stole my heart around 2001 — bringing confidence, friendships, and pure joy. I’ve taught for Colin, run my own classes, and can’t wait to share the R&B Salsa vibe and everything I’ve learned along the way

A lost bet got me into salsa in 2004 — and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve taught with Just Dance Salsa since 2005, with a focus on musicality, solid technique, and helping beginners feel confident (and laugh along the way!).

I grew up dancing salsa with my dad and started teaching at 16 — since then, I’ve taught across London, performed across Europe, and competed internationally. I’m passionate about connection, technique, and making sure everyone has fun while learning to dance.
